Drawing back from the original Prestige FS brand strategy, Outhouse Media offered a slight change in direction and focus. We created a new menu structure, a uniform grid layout system, and an inner page styling template. This not only gave styling consistency throughout the site but also allowed information to be found more easily. As a result, we increased customer engagement, lowered the bounce rate, and subsequently Prestige FS saw an improvement in their online enquiries.
Designed with the user in mind, we broke up large areas of text with warming images and subheadings. Along with UX formats and touchpoint elements, the Prestige FS website certainly offers a seamless browsing experience.
Dinnington based Prestige Financial Solutions provide step-by-step independent financial advice, searching the market for the best solution for their client’s circumstances. Wanting to develop its current presence, Prestige FS came to us specifically to re-imagine its online identity. The two main issues that they wanted to address were untidy page layouts as well as a badly thought own menu structure, which was leading to less friendly user experiences. Subsequently, this was having a knock-on effect on online enquires. Indeed, these issues are something that we see all too often in older style corporate sites.
Firstly, we introduced a darker blue, colour palette contrast. This helped to tone down the original overwhelming use of red from the Prestige logo, giving a more balanced look that was less intrusive on the eye. Secondly, we updated font styles and added human image touches to underline this visual change for a more coordinated finish.
